How can I register for a course?

Choose the course from the course list and click "Register Now", then complete and submit the form. Our team will contact you to confirm. You can also reach us directly at training@edu-saudi.com.

How can I pay?

Your organization is invoiced; we accept bank transfers, credit cards and cheques.

What do I need to attend an online course?

A computer or tablet with camera and microphone and a stable internet connection. Joining instructions are sent before the course.

Do I receive a certificate?

Yes. Every participant who completes the course receives a certificate of attendance from Saudi Training Institute.

How do I request an in-house course?

Send a request through the "In-House Proposal" page and one of our consultants will contact you to understand your needs and send a detailed proposal.

What are the daily training hours?

Sessions usually start at 9:00 and end at 15:00, with short breaks and a lunch break.

Is there a discount for groups?

Yes. Group discounts for participants from the same organization vary with the number of registrations. Contact us for details.

Are online courses live or recorded?

Live, interactive sessions with the trainer over the internet, with the same content and quality as the classroom course.

What do the fees include?

Fees cover the training, course material, the certificate, coffee breaks and lunch for classroom courses.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations or participant substitutions are accepted free of charge up to 5 working days before the course starts. After that, a substitute participant may attend or the registration can be moved to a later date.

Where are classroom courses held?

In selected hotels and training centres in the cities announced on each course page.
